Job Summary
Direct all sanitation operations to ensure compliance with food safety systems, GMPs, and regulatory standards. Coordinate with Quality Assurance and department managers to resolve customer complaints, audit findings, and regulatory issues. Lead porters and third-party vendors while administering training programs on sanitation laws and best practices. Conduct routine equipment inspections, perform audits, and develop corrective plans for violations to maintain audit readiness. Analyze sanitation effectiveness to propose cost-minimizing improvements and recommend changes to equipment, layout, or work practices. Maintain detailed records of inspections and violations, reporting potential contamination immediately to management. Supervise a team of 11-22 direct reports in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or GED
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in related field
- Minimum of 5 years sanitation and supervisory experience working in a high volume, manufacturing environment
- 2 years' experience in the food industry or Airline related experience
- Knowledge of HACCP, SQF standards
- Bi-lingual
- Vietnamese Language Skills
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees
- Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Must have the ability to give performance feedback to employees daily

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
- Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noise
- Will work with cleaning solutions, people-safe chemicals and related equipment to thoroughly clean and sanitize food service equipment and facilities
- Candidates will be required to go through Pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and/or airport fingerprinting
- Must be available for weekend shifts

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in related field or equivalent preferred
- 2 years' experience in the food industry or Airline related experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a high level of communication, cooperation and teamwork with all departments
- Bi-lingual is a plus, Vietnamese Language Skills Beneficial
