Job Summary
Manages sanitation operations in a Walmart distribution center, supervising sanitation associates, and driving continuous improvement to support customer and business needs. Responsible for analyzing data, coordinating with stakeholders, conducting performance reviews, providing training and development, and promoting adherence to policies and safety standards. Utilizes data to identify root causes of issues in shipping, receiving, inventory, and returns, while identifying opportunities for cost reductions and process efficiencies. Required Qualifications
- Option 1: 2 years’ supervisory experience.
