Job Summary
Review staffing levels and assign cleaning areas to the team while monitoring sanitation throughout the interior and exterior warehouse. Correct areas requiring cleaning immediately and uphold SOP guidelines by coaching employees on proper methods. Conduct hands-on cleaning duties and maintain detailed sanitation logs. Complete all training for Sanitation, Health & Safety, and Food Safety while adhering to company policies. This role operates on a 3/4 work week (Thursday-Saturday) with 12-hour shifts from 6pm to 6am in a refrigerated facility. Candidates with one year of related experience in food production or manufacturing are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass Drug Test and Background Check
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Lift up to 30 lbs. with or without accommodations
Desired Qualifications
- One-year related work experience preferred
- Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment preferred
