Job Summary

As a Sanitation Lead at Pacific Seafood, you will be responsible for overseeing the sanitation and cleaning program to maintain food safety and product quality, training the sanitation crew, ensuring the correct use of chemicals, and promoting plant safety. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Minimum of one year related experience and/or training

Desired Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in leading a sanitation program in a food processing environment
Prior experience with HACCP, COOL Act, or other food safety programs
Prior forklift and pallet jack experience
Forklift certification
