Job Summary
Coordinate the sanitation team to ensure GMP application and a sanitary environment for safe food production. Lead daily meetings, implement departmental changes, and monitor cleaning schedules while inspecting equipment and materials for defects. Update SSOPs and MSSs, manage chemical storage and dilution protocols, and mentor subordinates to execute KPIs and report performance issues. Adhere to strict sanitation commitments to deliver clean plants for production.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to manage and execute directives
- Able to work with chemicals and/or learn proper chemical properties for dilution, mixing and safe handling of chemicals
- Able to mentor subordinates for successful results, and report any issues that contribute to the inability to execute KPI; specifically centered on employee performance
- Knowledge of KPI's
