Job Summary
Sanitation Worker for KC shift responsible for sanitizing and cleaning processing areas and equipment to align with Simmons Foods and government regulations. Must clean with high pressure hoses and manual tools, follow established time constraints and quality standards, safely use chemicals and equipment, and participate in team activities while promoting BE.S.T practices and continuous improvement. Familiarity with Simmons operating systems, adherence to company policies, and willingness to perform additional duties to support business objectives. Physical ability to stand, move in a plant environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in temperature-extreme, wet, and noisy conditions. Industry preference for poultry/food processing; veterans are welcome to join the team.
