Sanitation (Janitor)-1st shift

Conduct daily sanitation duties including mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, and vacuuming warehouse surfaces, trash areas, product bays, break rooms, and offices. Empty trash bins, operate trash compactors, and clean up spills or breakages while recouping damages per food safety standards. Utilize chemicals, detergents, and equipment to operate scrubbers, pallet jacks, and forklifts for transporting items. Complete daily sanitation logs and electronically scan products using the warehouse management system. Identify and address cleanliness issues, escalate problems to supervisors, and comply with all safety requirements. Work Wednesday through Saturday from 5am to 3:30pm in a cold storage facility ranging from 28° F to 55° F.
