Job Summary
Sanitation - General Helper responsible for loading ovens, filling bakery racks with bread/bun pans, moving racks to/from the proof box, pushing/pulling pan carts to conveyors, and loading/unloading pans. Must work weekends/holidays, tolerate high heat, and learn food safety and sanitation. Team-oriented with the ability to follow verbal/written instructions, maintain safe work practices, and perform repetitive, high-volume tasks in a hot, humid bakery setting. Physical duties include walking/standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing carts, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment; post-offer background check, physical, drug/alcohol screen, and lifting assessment required.
