Job Summary
Sanitation Attendant responsible for washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and related serviceware; maintain cleanliness of dining and beverage areas; operate cleaning tools and equipment per policy; monitor temperatures and sanitizer levels; assist with catering deliveries and events; provide courteous service and maintain safety standards; requires ServSafe/ANSI-certified food handler within 30 days and prior dishwashing/food service experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or GED preferred
- ServSafe Food Handler Training Certificate or ANSI-accredited equivalent within 30 days of hire
- Minimum six months of food service or commercial dishwashing experience preferred
