Job Summary
Conduct daily checks of factory areas for non-compliance and report findings to your manager. Dis-assemble and re-assemble production equipment, then clean all machinery while adhering to Safety, Sanitation, Quality, Quantity, and Cost (SSQQC) standards. Ensure correct PPE is worn at all times and use chemicals safely. Assist QA with pre-op release of the factory and communicate any issues or changes to relevant parties. Follow company GMPs and safe working practices while taking instructions from supervisors. Perform any other tasks deemed reasonable by management. Bilingual candidates may rotate into additional areas with CIP experience.

- Basic arithmetic
- Self-starter able to conceptualize and drive initiatives forward
- Positive attitude and motivated by contributing to the overall success of the team
- Able to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Obsessive attention to detail, well organized and able to juggle many projects at once
- Comfortable moving at a fast pace and in ambiguous environments
- Passionate about food
- Willing to address difficult situations head on with patience and respect
- Availability and flexibility to work different shifts and days, sometimes for weeks at a time, to provide support and training to all of our employees
- May need to work weekends or overtime as required
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual preferred
- If they have experience with CIP operation they will be able to rotate in more areas
