Job Summary
Sanitation Associate - 1st Shift (8am-4pm) at Trulieve in Midway, FL. Responsible for applying sanitation principles, operating cleaning equipment, handling chemicals, following sanitation plans, and collaborating with edibles production and QA to ensure timely, quality cleaning tasks. Role requires adherence to health and safety rules, attention to detail, ability to work with minimal supervision, and strong communication. Must meet physical requirements (ability to lift 50 lbs, wear PPE) and have a Serv Safe preference with a high school diploma or equivalent; background screening is required. Provides a comprehensive benefits package and a non-exempt status.
Required Qualifications
- SERV Safe certificate preferred

- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
