Job Summary
Manage daily sanitation and security operations by supervising staff, inspecting facilities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Coordinate work schedules, monitor performance, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions to uphold organizational standards. Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and lead teams in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and emergency response coordination. This year-round role is based in the maintenance department at the shipyard during the non-operating season, requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience in sanitation, security, facilities management, or a related field
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures
