Job Summary
Conduct sanitation duties in Shipping and Production areas, maintaining plant grounds and facilities. Operate electric pallet jacks and specialized cleaning equipment like power scrubbers and foamers to sanitize general areas. Perform heavy cleaning tasks including washing walls, ceilings, floors, drains, pipes, and machinery, while removing trash, recycling, and debris. Monitor for hazards, notify supervisors of issues, and eliminate occurrences as directed. Stock supplies, fill dispensers, and ensure compliance with GMPs and safety policies by wearing proper PPE. Work the 3rd shift from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or International Education Equivalent
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift 50-60 pounds
- Must be able to reach, bend, extend, and lift 50-60 pounds
- Must be able to push and pull stacks of products weighing up to 200lbs
- Ability to operate electric pallet jacks
- Ability to perform basic math skills
