Job Summary
Sanitation worker on the 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM) responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production vessels, equipment, and infrastructure required in the process of making mustard, soup, and salad dressings. Perform sanitation per the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) in a safe manner for all production equipment and infrastructure. Disassemble, sanitize, and reassemble food processing and support equipment; submit required documentation; use approved chemicals to disinfect surfaces; monitor chemical levels; adhere to GMP and safety standards including PPE; operate floor scrubber; inform Sanitation Lead or Production Supervisor of issues; collaborate with other personnel; maintain housekeeping; flexibility to work off shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.

- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
