Sanitation - 1st

Sanitation - 1st role focused on maintaining a clean, sanitary production and packaging environment. Responsibilities include housekeeping and sanitary maintenance of production and bakery equipment; cleaning interior surfaces (dusting, polishing furniture, washing windows, counters, walls, ceilings, woodwork); floor care (sweeping, scrubbing, waxing); cleaning overhead piping and bakery equipment; replenishing restrooms; bagging scrap materials for pickup; operating with lockout/tagout procedures, following manufacturers’ instructions when disassembling machines, cleaning with air hoses or other tools, correctly reassembling equipment, and maintaining overall safety by complying with procedures and regulations. Additional duties as assigned and contributing to team efforts as needed.
