Job Summary
Sanitation worker responsible for safely cleaning production facilities and equipment, following safe chemical handling procedures and the LOTO program, and supporting a team environment. Duties include dismantling and reassembling equipment as needed per SSOP, inspecting and verifying readiness for production, maintaining cleanliness, and reporting opportunities for improvement. Preference for HS-equivalent education, OSHA knowledge, bilingual Spanish/English, and ability to work various shifts including weekends in a refrigerated food-manufacturing setting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a sanitation worker in a food plant environment is preferred.
- High school education or equivalent is preferred.
- OSHA knowledge is preferred.
- Spanish Speaking is preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English is preferred.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
