Job Summary
Review guest nutritional requirements and prepare high-quality Heli lunches, soups, teas, and private group meals according to menu standards and preferences. Make sandwiches and private lunches while ensuring food is stored, labeled, and rotated to minimize waste. Clean walls, tables, and sterilize knives; maintain a sanitary work area adhering to Health & Safety regulations. Communicate problems or ideas to the supervisor and ensure all staff remain team-oriented. Perform these duties during 10-hour overnight shifts, four nights a week, with 100% standing time.
Required Qualifications
- Food Safe Certification
- WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System)
- Must be able to frequently bend and kneel
- Must be able to lift moderate weight
- Must be able to work on feet for an extended period
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated
- Willingness to work overnight shifts
- Willingness to work weekend shifts
- Energetic personality
- Punctuality
