Job Summary
Sandwich Maker in a camp-based culinary team on a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation, preparing a wide variety of sandwiches per standard recipes and menus, rotating stock to minimize spoilage, maintaining clean, sanitized workspaces, and ensuring attractive presentation. Role involves mass-production in camp settings, travel to site from designated locations in Winnipeg, Thunder Bay, and Dryden areas, meals and accommodations provided, and adherence to hygiene requirements. Must be a team player capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, pass a background check, and possess or pursue Food Safe certification. Starting wage is $20.91 per hour with rotation-based schedule.
