Job Summary
Greet guests with a smile, recommend meal options, and fulfill orders from start to finish while preparing and serving fresh food based on proper formulas and food safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and beautiful restaurant environment by working with teammates to keep all areas tidy. Operate the computerized Point of Sale system and assist with co-worker schedule conflicts to ensure shift needs remain on target. This position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday, with the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and 30 pounds occasionally. Employees receive training on roles and responsibilities, access to brand partnership discounts, and opportunities for scholarship credits and university course credits.
Required Qualifications
- Some high school or equivalent
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend
- Ability to stand
- Ability to walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to work assigned shifts
- Must be able to arrange for replacement to keep shift needs on target
- Must be able to assist with co-worker schedule conflicts when able
- Must be able to be positive and productive during assigned shifts
- Must be able to work with others to be productive and complete tasks as required each shift
- Must be able to work with our Guests to knowledgeably recommend meal options
- Must be able to fulfill orders from start to finish
- Must be able to uphold food safety standards
- Must be able to keep all areas of the restaurant clean
