Job Summary
A Sandwich Artist who greets customers, builds sandwiches to standard formulas, handles cash transactions, maintains cleanliness, and supports a fast-paced food-service environment. Responsibilities include sandwich preparation, food preparation, baking, packaging, customer service, operating the cash register, washing dishes, cleaning duties, waste and recyclables removal, and completing closing procedures. Candidates should be able to lift at least 25 pounds and follow management-directed cleaning and meal/void recording procedures. Training will cover sandwich construction, product preparation, and customer service with opportunities for career advancement. Emphasis on friendly, professional service, adherence to formulas, and maintaining a clean, grease-free environment.
