Job Summary
As a Subway Team Member, you’ll act as a Sandwich Artist by providing an excellent guest experience, preparing and serving fresh food, and upholding food safety standards. You’ll work with teammates to keep the restaurant clean and welcoming, assist guests with meal options, fulfill orders from start to finish, and operate the POS system. Training will be provided, and roles include both full-time and part-time day/evening/weekend shifts depending on location. Key responsibilities include recommending meal options to guests, handling orders end-to-end, maintaining a clean environment, and collaborating with team members to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Some high school or equivalent
- Experience: No previous experience required
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
- Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
