Job Summary
Greet guests with a smile, recommend meal options, and fulfill orders from start to finish while preparing and serving fresh food based on proper formulas and food safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and beautiful restaurant environment by working with teammates to keep all areas tidy and assist with schedule conflicts to meet shift needs. Operate the computerized Point of Sale system, lift up to 30 pounds occasionally, and follow written and verbal instructions during assigned shifts. Full-time and part-time positions vary by location, with shared tip programs and complimentary employee meals included.
Required Qualifications
- Some high school or equivalent
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to work assigned shifts
- Must be able to arrange for replacement to keep shift needs on target
- Must be able to assist with co-worker schedule conflicts when able
- Must be able to be positive and productive during assigned shifts
- Must be able to work with others to be productive and complete tasks as required each shift
- Must be able to work with our Guests to knowledgeably recommend meal options
- Must be able to fulfill orders from start to finish
- Must be able to uphold food safety standards
- Must be able to keep all areas of the restaurant clean
- Must be able to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for our Guests
