Job Summary
As a Subway Team Member / Sandwich Artist, you will focus on providing an excellent guest experience, preparing and serving fresh food, maintaining cleanliness, and acting as a team player. Key daily tasks include engaging with guests to recommend meal options and fulfill orders from start to finish, upholding food safety standards in food preparation and service, and collaborating with teammates to keep all areas of the restaurant clean while maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for guests. This role offers training on responsibilities, various shift options (Full Time or Part Time depending on location), and opportunities such as brand discounts, scholarship opportunities, and hands-on career experience in a restaurant business.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Some high school or equivalent
- Experience: No previous experience required
- Essential functions: Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
- Physical: Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
