Job Summary
Greet guests with a smile, recommend meal options, and fulfill orders from start to finish while preparing and serving fresh food based on proper formulas and safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and beautiful restaurant environment by working with teammates to complete assigned tasks and resolve schedule conflicts. Operate the Point of Sale system, lift up to 30 pounds occasionally, and bend or stand for the entire shift. Receive training on roles and responsibilities, with opportunities for scholarship credits and brand partnership discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Some high school or equivalent
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to walk the entire workday
