Job Summary
Work with guests to knowledgeably recommend meal options and fulfill orders from start to finish while preparing and serving fresh food daily. Uphold food safety standards and maintain a pleasant atmosphere by keeping all restaurant areas clean and beautiful. Operate the computerized Point of Sale system and follow written and verbal instructions, lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally. This role requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday, with shifts varying by location. Training covers all roles and responsibilities, and team members gain access to brand discounts, scholarship opportunities, and university course credits.
Required Qualifications
- Some high school or equivalent
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift 30 pounds occasionally
- Must be available for Full Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend Shift positions
