Job Summary
As a Subway Team Member, you will be a Sandwich Artist focusing on providing an excellent guest experience, preparing and serving fresh food, maintaining a clean and pleasant restaurant environment, and working as a team player. You’ll interact with Guests to recommend meal options, fulfill orders from start to finish, uphold food safety standards, and collaborate with teammates to keep all areas clean. Roles may include day, evening, and weekend shifts with flexible scheduling at Coloma, WI locations. No prior experience required; training provided; opportunities for scholarships, university course credits, and brand partnerships are available.
Required Qualifications
- Some high school or equivalent
- No previous experience required
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
- Physical: ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
