Job Summary
Greet guests with a smile, prepare and serve fresh food using proper formulas and safety guidelines, and maintain a clean, pleasant restaurant environment. Knowledgeably recommend meal options and fulfill orders from start to finish while operating the Point of Sale system and assisting with co-worker schedule conflicts. Perform tasks as required during assigned shifts, working any area of the restaurant as needed. This role includes access to brand partnership discounts, scholarship opportunities, and university course credits.
Required Qualifications
- Some high school or equivalent
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend
- Ability to stand
- Ability to walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to work assigned shifts
- Must be able to arrange for replacement to keep shift needs on target
- Must be able to assist with co-worker schedule conflicts when able
- Must be able to be positive and productive during assigned shifts
- Must be able to work with others to be productive and complete tasks as required each shift
- Must be able to work with our Guests to knowledgeably recommend meal options
- Must be able to fulfill orders from start to finish
- Must be able to uphold food safety standards
- Must be able to keep all areas of the restaurant clean
- Must be able to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for our Guests
