Job Summary
Recommend meal options to guests and fulfill orders from start to finish while preparing and serving fresh food that meets food safety standards. Maintain a clean and beautiful restaurant environment by working with teammates to keep all areas tidy and ensure a pleasant atmosphere for guests. Operate the computerized Point of Sale system and cash register, bending, standing, and walking throughout the workday while lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally. Receive training on roles and responsibilities, with shifts varying by location. Gain hands-on career experience in a restaurant business with access to brand partnership discounts, scholarship opportunities, and university course credits.
Required Qualifications
- Some high school or equivalent
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Availability for Full Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend Shift positions
