As a Subway Team Member at Camp Ripley, you’ll focus on four main responsibilities: providing an excellent guest experience, preparing and serving fresh food, keeping the restaurant clean and inviting, and acting as a team player. Daily duties include working with guests to explain meal options and fulfill orders from start to finish, upholding food safety standards, and maintaining a clean, pleasant environment for guests. Prerequisites include some high school or equivalent education and no previous experience required; a background check is required to enter the Camp Ripley gate. Training will be provided, and there are multiple shift options (Day/Evening/Weekend) that vary by location.
