Job Summary
Sandwich Artist at Artisan Market Restaurant (Dallas Fort Worth International Airport): Responsibilities include welcoming guests, accurately entering orders and processing payments, following portion standards to prepare and present orders, handling, storing and rotating products (FIFO), maintaining stock and perishables, completing prep lists and other checklists, performing cleaning tasks, counting the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift, and collaborating with the team to ensure seamless service and safety. The role requires minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, cash handling or food/beverage-related positions; open availability including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks; cash handling; knife handling or willingness to learn; basic sanitation practices; effective communication with coworkers, management and customers; physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist and kneel for the duration of the shift; and the ability to pass a Criminal Records History Check and Security Threat Assessment to obtain an airport badge and show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. Compensation is $16 per hour plus tips, with a shift from 2:00-11:00pm daily.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in a customer service, cash handling or food/beverage-related position

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Ability to properly handle cash
- Demonstrate proper knife handling skills and other equipment safety or be willing to learn
- Ability to perform basic sanitation practices
- Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, management and customers
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist and kneel for duration of shift
- Must be able to pass a Criminal Records History Check and Security Threat Assessment (STA) to obtain an airport-issued badge and show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
