Greet guests, smile, and answer menu questions while accurately inputting orders and processing payments. Assemble food orders with correct packaging and condiments, bake bread and cookies daily, and maintain a clean work area. Resolve customer complaints, process refunds, and balance cash drawers following proper handling procedures. Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment.
