Greet guests with eye contact and smiles, accurately input orders into the POS system, and process cash, credit, and card payments while maintaining a balanced drawer. Assemble food orders to specifications, bake bread and cookies daily, and suggest combos based on promotions. Resolve customer complaints with respect, process refunds, and keep counters, registers, dining rooms, restrooms, and exteriors clean and organized. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with the physical ability to stand, lift, and work in varied temperatures. A valid driver's license is preferred.
