Own financial planning, forecasting, and inventory strategy for Sandro North America across Full Price and End-of-Life channels, serving as the analytical backbone of the merchandising organization. Key responsibilities include creating and managing seasonal OTB plans aligned with financial targets; leading weekly and monthly reforecasting using WOS and scenario analysis; defining SKU targets, tiering, leftover targets, and inventory exit strategies; partnering with Finance on liquidation targets and forecasting. Analyze sales performance considering the commercial calendar, Full Price Share, and competitive dynamics; manage in-season reorder opportunities to maximize productive selling and unit velocity; identify risks and opportunities; validate promotional strategies against inventory and financial goals. Own Outlet OTB planning and liquidation forecasting; manage Off-Price partner relationships, negotiations, and inventory offers; oversee sample sales and digital flash sales strategy (execution supported by Allocator). Own warehouse inbound and outbound forecasting; manage SKU-level inventory forecasts and global transfer approvals. Drive Systems & Process Leadership: transition from Excel-based reporting to Tableau/Anaplan and continuously improve planning processes and efficiency.
