Job Summary
Assess and evaluate patient health needs, develop and implement care plans, and administer medications while monitoring patient responses. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and educate patients and families on health management. This role requires a valid LPN license and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with a starting pay of $32 to $41 per hour. Candidates receive up to $2000 relocation and full health benefits. Schedule options include a 0.93FTE 4-on-2-off rotation with straight evenings or a 2-day/2-evening/2-off cycle.
Required Qualifications
