Job Summary
Sandblaster on 2nd shift responsible for stripping paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt using abrasive blasting equipment; assist with initial prep of large steel beams and metal parts for refinishing; operate forklift to haul materials; maintain equipment and work area; four-day 2nd shift with weekend schedule and shift differential; benefits include health/dental/vision/Life, disability, 401K, paid vacation/holidays, HSA, and advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of corrosion-control methods and processes is desired
- Must be able to comply with instructions
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
- Regular attendance required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
