Job Summary
Guide drivers into well sites using hand signals, direct them to unloading areas, assist with safety needs, perform basic data entry, and communicate with customers, vendors, and dispatch. Provide supervision and team leadership to drivers and outside vendors delivering materials to supervised wells. This 100% outdoor role involves heavy lifting and requires multitasking with accuracy. The shift starts at night, runs 12-14 hours, and follows a 7 on/7 off rotation through the week and weekend. Candidates must be at least 23 years old, physically fit, and possess strong communication and computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- At least 23 years old
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer skills- Microsoft Office and use of a Smart Phone
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment
- Physically Fit- heavy lifting
- Ability to multitask with accuracy
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Team leadership skills
- Adherence to all Company, State and Federal Rules and Policies
- Follow All Safety Regulations
- Pass all required pre-employment screening criteria
