Job Summary
Greet and escort guests to tables, assist in seating, prepare the restaurant for service, maintain the room’s cleanliness, take and confirm reservations, and monitor guests’ needs across hotel Food & Beverage operations. Requires at least one year of experience in Restaurant/F&B, a high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred), ServSafe/food safety training, alcohol awareness training (TIPS), and (plus) bilingual English/Spanish. Knowledge of local activities for clientele and strong communication with guests and staff are valued. Jacksonville Beach, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in the Restaurant / Food and Beverage field
- High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred
- ServSafe and/or food safety training
- Alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding
