Job Summary
Sanctions Compliance Analyst at GEICO (Hybrid) supporting end-to-end sanctions screening, reporting, and issue resolution. Responsibilities include reviewing new, revised, and pending sanctions notices; evaluating processes, procedures, systems, and communications to identify gaps and enhancements; presenting investigative findings and risk insights to management; implementing changes to sanctions screening systems and procedures; advising on compliance implications of processes and activities; coordinating with OFAC and other regulators; researching federal laws and regulatory developments to communicate impacts to senior leadership; and delivering executive-level sanctions briefings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work effectively under tight timelines
- Ability to work across the compliance organization and collaborate with business stakeholders throughout the company
- P&C insurance experience is highly preferred
