San Diego Zoo - EMT - PRN

EMT Worksite Health Technician at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park (Escondido, CA) on a PRN, 12-hour shift schedule (6pm–6am). Compensation is $20/hour. Responsibilities include patient care, workers’ compensation case management, Return to Work program facilitation, treatment plan monitoring, and collaboration with Medcor’s medical/operational leadership, client staff, and outside providers. Duties also cover daily clinic operations, documentation using EMR, OSHA record-keeping, PATs, case management, and supporting onsite employee health and wellness efforts. Requires valid EMT licensure, CPR/BLS, proficiency with EMR and general computer skills, ability to lift 50 lb, and strong communication skills; prior occupational health or emergency medicine/critical care experience is a plus.
