Job Summary
Samsung Market Sales Manager to drive sales in assigned market through proactive consumer engagement, product demonstrations, and customized sales strategies. Key duties include achieving market sales targets, identifying opportunities, analyzing sales data, delivering engaging customer experiences, providing extensive product knowledge across Samsung Digital Appliance lines, scheduling training for frontline staff, maintaining awareness of promotional campaigns, executing merchandising plans, gathering competitive insights, and communicating with leadership to optimize the customer experience and sales growth. Must be able to travel locally to multiple stores, demonstrate a strong service orientation, build relationships with store/retail partners, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment. Competitive hourly pay plus quarterly bonuses, benefits eligibility, paid training, and mileage reimbursement are offered.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Six (6) months prior experience in sales, promotion, brand advocacy
- Must have and maintain reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage
- Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of home
- May be required to lift, carry, and move objects, such as boxes, equipment, and furniture
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Autonomous: able to work without direct supervision
- Problem Solver: likes to bring solutions to existing opportunity areas
- Has a "do whatever it takes" attitude and positive mindset
- Passionately engaging consumers and showing off client's products
