Job Summary
Samsung Market Sales Manager drives growth by delivering exceptional in-market sales performance through direct consumer engagement, tailored product recommendations, and strong relationship-building with store leadership and customers. Responsible for achieving market sales targets, conducting product training for frontline staff, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of promotions, and providing merchandising support and competitive insights to enhance the customer experience. The role emphasizes in-person store visits, in-market demos, data-driven optimization of sales strategies, and a customer-focused approach to showcasing Samsung’s Digital Appliance and related products.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Six (6) months prior experience in sales, promotion, brand advocacy
- Must have and maintain reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage
- Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of home
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, retail team environment
- Flexibility in schedule to work weekend or non-standard shifts
- Autonomous: able to work without direct supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong personal relationships
- Passionate about engaging consumers and showing off products
