Job Summary
Achieve market sales targets by engaging consumers, tailoring product recommendations, and converting interest into purchases. Analyze sales data to optimize strategies, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Samsung's Digital Appliance line and promotional campaigns. Implement merchandising displays across the market, collaborate with retail partners, and provide competitive insights to leadership. Visit multiple store locations daily to demonstrate product expertise, facilitate training for store associates, and gather customer feedback to enhance the brand experience. Meet weekly in-store time goals and establish relationships with merchant store and district leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior experience in sales, promotion, brand advocacy
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Must have and maintain reliable transportation
- State-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage
- Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of home
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects, such as boxes, equipment, and furniture
- Ability to push and pull objects, such as carts and pallets
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to consistently showcase poise and professionalism
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, retail team environment
- Flexibility in schedule to work weekend or non-standard shifts
- Autonomous: able to work without direct supervision
