Job Summary
Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung mobile products and services to customers using conversational consulting techniques. Uncover customer needs to recommend appropriate devices and build confidence in Samsung offerings among Best Buy staff and repeat clients. Collaborate with retail leadership through daily trainings, goal sharing, and merchandising to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas. Complete display resets, ensure brand standards, and submit daily sales performance reports. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays with competitive weekly pay starting at $17.50.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and high demand retail holidays
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
Desired Qualifications
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
