Job Summary
Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung mobile products and services to customers within a Best Buy retail store. Uncover customer needs to recommend appropriate devices and build confidence in Samsung offerings for both employees and clients. Collaborate with Best Buy associates and leadership through daily trainings, goal sharing, and relationship building. Meet monthly sales quotas while maintaining retail brand standards through merchandising, security, and display resets. Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays during high-traffic periods.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and high demand retail holidays
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
Desired Qualifications
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
