Work primarily on Saturdays with a fixed weekday shift and occasional backup availability, totaling 12 to 20 hours weekly with quarterly balancing. Base pay starts at 16 Euro per hour, rising to 18 Euro after six months and up to 20 Euro for top performers, plus a 25% premium on Saturday hours.
