Job Summary
Provide individual and group counseling sessions to support students' emotional, social, and psychological well-being. Identify behavioral problems and implement programs for personal, social, and emotional development. Offer immediate crisis support and refer families to external services when necessary. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to establish student goals and develop planning skills. Design and oversee peer support programs while maintaining data records using technology. Submit monthly updated reports to Campus Principals. Requires a bachelor's degree in psychology or counseling with five years of experience in an international school setting, proficiency in English, and availability to start in July 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in psychology, guidance and counseling, or another relevant discipline
- Possesses minimal 5 (five) years' work experience as a Wellbeing Counselor in an International school setting
- experience in handling all level (ELC-Elementary-Secondary)
