Job Summary
Sampoerna Academy seeks a Mandarin teacher for IGCSE/A Level (contract) to join the secondary program in Bogor, Indonesia. The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's in Education & Chinese Language with at least 5 years of international or private-school teaching experience and familiarity with Cambridge IGCSE and A Level curricula. The teacher will implement STEAM-based instruction, contribute to project-based learning, plan and deliver standards for learning, observe and evaluate student performance, establish links with the parent community to keep them informed about progress, and develop successful academic programs to prepare students for tertiary and global opportunities. Available to start in July 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Education & Chinese Language
- Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching for Secondary level in private or international school
- Experience with international curriculum such as Cambridge IGCSE and A Level
- Experience in Project Based Learning
- Proven ability to develop successful academic programs
- Available to start in July 2026
