Job Summary
Create innovative lesson plans and enhance the learning environment for students. Work with students in the classroom to promote their learning and development, while observing and evaluating their performance. Collaborate with teachers to monitor student development and understand routine lesson delivery to cover absences. Develop and maintain a constructive rapport with children and parents. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Psychology, 1-3 years of experience, and a compassionate approach to child development. Available for a 3-month contractual role starting September 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education / Psychology
- 1-3 years of experience as Associate Teacher in private or international school
- Compassionate attitude and strong understanding of child development
- Nurturing teaching approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Available for 3 months contractual employment starting September 2026
