Job Summary
Create and maintain the Samples schedule while communicating professionally with clients and sales reps on requirements. Coordinate and close out shipments, manage inventory orders, and work with engineering on custom sample projects. Direct a small team of CNC operators and contingent workers in a hands-on manufacturing environment, overseeing quality assurance and sample assembly methods. Lead the end-to-end sample process from scheduling to shipment coordination. Requires 1+ years of scheduling experience in manufacturing; full-time role with travel under 10%.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ years of experience scheduling in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated computer skills, including file management and organization
- Clear, concise communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
