Job Summary
Manage incoming DTP order data from external vendors and address exceptions identified by the data validation process to clear order queues. Investigate DTP inquiries from client representatives and HCP offices while ensuring adherence to client-specific business rules, SOPs, and the FDA's Prescription Drug Marketing Act. Provide ad hoc sample trending reports requested by the Manager, SampleIQ Ops or Team Lead. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. This role supports the SampleIQ Ops team within a pharmaceutical sales organization, requiring strong analytical skills, detailed communication, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- minimum of three years of equivalent work experience in sample accountability, compliance or related field
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications and relationship building
